Founded only recently in 2021, however our values have been forged over the last 23 years, the period over which our coach has been practicing Martial Arts. Our mission has always been to combine deep knowledge with innovate & practical training methods, with the only attempt in mind the growth of our practitioners.
We pride ourselves on inner-development through self-imposed physical struggle and constantly willingly trying to be out of ones comfort zone. That's where we believe all the magic happens. At Karate HQ Nicosia - Karate Headquarters Nicosia, each vigorous hour spent training is seen as an opportunity to build confidence, discipline and both mental and physical strength.
Goal setting is a high value in our club. Climbing through the ranks won't be easy and it will only happen upon real growth of the practitioners but at least it will be worth it in the end. We are also firm believers that having superior skills and knowledge will help you or your kid enjoy the process more as well as give you the edge in whatever you do in your lives. This can only be achieved through hard and methodical work, as well as persistence through failure.
Oh and of course do not forget to smile lots, even when you get hit in sparring! We don't believe in bullying our students or shouting at them. We only believe in smiling, encouraging and tackling the issue with actions. If your values align, then you are at the right place.
